Additional Information for Hannah Fekete

I provide clients with a supportive, non-judgmental environment to work through difficult mental health and life challenges. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with depression, anxiety, and behavioral/conduct disorders. I can assist individuals with life transitions, coping, self-esteem, stress, and anger management. With families, I can assist with increasing communication, building healthy relationships, and parenting. I primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral and family systems approach. I also pull from person-centered and solution-focused therapies. I strive to be trauma-informed and strength-focused with all my clients.

When I am not working with clients, I am spending time with my husband, Luke, and our fur baby, Cleo. Together, we enjoy taking weekend trips, doing house projects, and gardening. I also enjoy doing crafts, binging a good tv show, and cooking.

“Sometimes we face life or mental health challenges that are difficult to navigate. Counseling is a sacred place where a client and counselor enter a relationship and work together to reach a goal. It is my desire to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for people to come and discuss these challenges. I would be honored to sit down and talk with anyone to help them reach their goals and develop a joyful, healthy, and well-adjusted lifestyle.” – Hannah Fekete
