Kaja Paulos, MS, (LMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
“I believe a great deal of what you need, you already have in you. Often times what (you feel) you are missing, may look like a major part, but just like shadows on the wall may appear huge, so may your perspective mislead you at times. Let’s find what makes you tick, what makes you move and build on that – areas too often neglected and overlooked.” – Kaja Paulos

Additional Information for Kaja Paulos
I have been in the clinical field for about 20 years and have worked with a wide range of clients, from school-age children to elderly people experiencing various issues. I will be a good match to help you through your healing journey to overcome your anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder-when you’re struggling with executive functions such as the ability to prioritize, organize, plan and follow through on these plans).
When I am not working with clients or completing the behind the scenes documentation, I am usually chauffeuring around my kids or taking care of other family business. Beyond that, there’s a good chance that with any extra time I have I will be lost in gardening, walking, or running. Another favorite pastime activity that I enjoy is increasing my level of professional development through reading or additional training.
