I use a combination of CBT, mindfulness techniques, and EMDR to help clients identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs, develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation, and process past traumas to move forward in their lives. In addition to these more structured approaches, I also use person-centered and strengths-based approaches in my work with clients. Clients are empowered to set goals that align with their values and to tap into their innate strengths to achieve those goals. Overall, my approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I work closely with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences. By drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches, I can help clients achieve greater self-awareness, develop coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.

Additional Information for Morgan Daniels Dudash

I am driven to support individuals in their personal growth and development, as well as help them make positive changes in their lives. I enjoy working with those who have a strong desire to understand themselves better, identify their core values and beliefs, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. I appreciate individuals who are open to exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and who are willing to challenge themselves to try new things and take risks. I understand that it can be difficult to step out of one’s comfort zone, but I am here to support and encourage individuals throughout the process. I value those who are willing to put in the work necessary to achieve their goals and who appreciate the support and accountability that therapy provides. Ultimately, I would love to work with someone who is committed to their own growth and well-being, and who is looking for a safe and supportive space to explore their inner world, gain new insights and
perspectives, and make positive changes in their life.

“When not counseling clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love diving into books, both for personal growth and professional development, while most recently trying my hand at baking. Additionally, I actively seek opportunities to infuse my sense of humor into both my personal and professional life, bringing joy and laughter to those around me.”
